Installation / 25th Anniversary Celebration

pastor

Greetings of great joy. This is the Day that the Lord has made let us rejoice and be glad in it. St. Joseph is truly in spirit of rejoicing and celebrating as we revel in the mighty ways God has blessed us to bring us to this moment in our life as parish community. We enter into a new phase of our parish life as a new pastor is installed, and we celebrate 25 years of priesthood.

“St. Joseph Catholic Church is a welcoming, dynamic and diverse community of believers, representative of the Kingdom of God, with one heart and many faces. We welcome all those who seek to grow in Christ through our worship, educational and social ministries. We serve those who feel marginalized, forgotten and unloved, in the name of Jesus Christ.”

The Saint Joseph Parish family would like to extend an invitation to the Tampa Bay community and the Diocese of St. Petersburg to join us in our celebration of the milestone in our life as a parish. The installation of a new pastor is reason not only for joy but for thanksgiving for God’s watchful care, in providing a servant to lead the parish. In addition, it is with great thanksgiving that we rejoice in the Silver Anniversary honoring 25 years of priestly service to the people of God and service of the Church.

The celebration is Saturday June 23rd beginning with our Mass of Installation at 4:30PM. The Most Reverend Bishop Gregory Parks will be our presider and preacher. We will gather with great joy and celebrating with our bishop to installation ceremony and 25th anniversary. The celebration will continue at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church Hall at, 1600 54th Ave S, St Petersburg, FL 33712. Tickets for the banquet can be obtained for a donation of $40 by contacting Mr. and Mrs. Garth and Daisy Albury (727)331-1731 dacaresolutions@gmail.com
In addition, we encourage you to take out an ad in the ad book to show your support of St. Joseph Church in this milestone in the life of our parish community.

Sincerely Yours in the Divine Word.
